Refund policy
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To return an item, it must be in its original condition— unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Return:
Contact us at hello@mylawnco.com to start the return process or access our self serve returns portal via our website. Items returned without prior approval won’t be accepted. For any return questions, email us hello@mylawnco.com
Damages and Issues:
Check your order upon arrival. If it’s damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.
Gift cards and digital products are non-returnable.
Exchanges:
To get a different item, follow the return procedure for the current one and then make a new purchase once the return is accepted.
If shipping to the European Union, you can return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition with labels and packaging, and you’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days, contact us at hello@mylawnco.com
