About These Terms & Conditions: In these terms, "we" and "us" refer to Nurture Lawn Care, and "you" refers to the customer. These terms, together with your order, constitute the entire contract between Nurture Lawn Care and you. No other terms apply. The contract may only be modified in writing or via email with our agreement.
Poisons: Poisons are substances with potential harm, mitigated by distinctive packaging with warnings and safety directions. By purchasing, you acknowledge responsibility for reading and understanding the product label and SDS, using recommended PPE, and following correct application rates and specifications. Nurture Lawn Care is not responsible for these products after purchase.
Australia Sales Only: We sell and ship products only within Australia. All prices are in Australian dollars.
Usage and Intellectual Property: Intellectual property on this website, including data, images, logos, and trademarks, is owned by us. Delivery Policy: After ordering, you will receive an email confirmation. We aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days. If there are delays, we will notify you as soon as possible. For delivery queries, contact us at info@nurturelawncare.com.au. Your contract with Nurture Lawn Care is complete when payment is made, your order is accepted, and your receipt is confirmed.
Shipping: We ensure careful packaging and use leading freight handlers, including Australia Post, Fastway/Aramex, and TNT/FedEx. Issues with delivery should be resolved with the carrier.
Returns Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 5 working days for a refund. Goods must be returned at your own cost and in their original condition. Refunds do not apply to used, damaged, altered, or broken products. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and we recommend using Registered post with insurance. Nurture Lawn Care is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
